Akrame Benallal is an internationally acclaimed two Michelin star french Chef. He is the founder and CEO of Akrame group and currently heads up 6 restaurants worldwide and leads over 100 employees.
He firstly revealed his culinary talent while working closely to renowned Chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire. Highly experienced and with a natural talent, Akrame obtained a position of head chef at Château des Sept Tours in Touraine at only 25. In 2011, he opened his very first eponymous restaurant Akrame in Paris, rue Lauriston.
His distinctive talent and creativity in his contemporary cuisine were quickly noticed by the Michelin guide. He was rewarded with a first star only one year after his restaurant opening, and with a second one two years later.
